A  wilderness seeking, raised in a small town, Chiropractor with a love for learning. I’ve always been drawn to the active lifestyle. I grew up playing hockey and soccer, and running through the woods and around town.  In university, I was attracted to Rowing, which I now coach. I have the pleasure of working with the SFU Rowing team as the development and strength & conditioning coach. In my spare time, I love shredding an old pair of runners on a new set of BC’s beautiful trails.

Health is a resource for living, not the objective. My passion is working with individuals and communities to expand health resources. Together, with the approach below, we’ll optimize your physical health so that you reach your full potential in any environment. Whether it’s in the home, at the office, or on the sports field, I want to help you lay down the foundations for healthy and happy habits that radiate over the lifespan and through the community.

As a Chiropractor, my specialty is physical well-being. My additional training in nutrition and functional medicine allows me to assess physical health within the broader picture of health and wellness.
